Oh, yeah, the best part of a new Harry Potter book: giggling over all the pervy out-of-context lines (most inevitable in any story that involves a bunch of men running around and playing with their wands).

[04:21:22] <KB|DH> Oh no, Harry's wang has suffered penile fracture.

"I'm doing it, I'm doing -! Oh, it's you," said Ron in relief, as Harry entered the room. Ron lay back down on the bed, which he had evidently just vacated.

Anyway, hello! I'm Ery, I found you through a friending meme- you were one of the few who posted on that meme who shipped H/W, ehe. I'm a HUGE H/W fan, and I also love love love BTVS and HP. Sorry if I make any grammar mistake, english is not my first language. Nice to meet you, anyway :)
(Oh, and I was wondering what ships do you support on BTVS, ehe)

Although I was a huge fan of Buffy for a long time, I never really got into fandom that much for the show, so I don't know that I identify too much with any one particular ship. I watched the show in a sort of disjointed way -- I fell in love with it from the very first episode and followed the first three seasons, but at the start of season four I had just moved to a new town where we didn't get WB. It wasn't until they starter airing reruns on FX that I began catching up on the episodes that I missed (this was around the end of season six, I guess). Season seven was when it moved to UPN, right? So I caught the last season during its first run.
I think there is definitely a break between seasons 1-3 and the rest of the series anyway, but the fact that there was a break in my viewership only accentuates the differences in later seasons. The way I feel about the earlier part of the show... It was really something that I grew up with, having started watching the show when I was ten. Buffy/Angel was sort of my ideal romance, angsty and dark but still passionate and sweet. That made it waaay weird to come back to the show and find Spike/Buffy. I'd always enjoyed their relationship in terms of flirting and banter, but I couldn't bring myself to like them as an actual couple.
But again, I feel like that more fits for the beginning of the show, because it changes so much by the seventh season. And then I really just don't ship anything, I guess. Buffy/Her-Own-Bad-Self, OTP!
Wow, sorry for the essay, haha. I just added you back.

So true! Too bad David Shore doesn't think that. Woe.
And, aha, no worries, that was interesting <3 I get what you mean, even if I actually watched all of the seasons one after another, on dvd.
Yay! *does the happy "new friend" dance*
