Ah, I can't believe I still haven't written about Lost on Wednesday. I just... ahhh... I have too many things to say about it and I doubt if any of them make sense. Right now I am mostly urged on by the need to use my new icon... Jack looks like he just found out that they are on hiatus for the next three months. *pets angry!Jack*
I really, really liked this episode. Like, a lot. This came as something as a surprise to me, after all the time I spent dreading the Sawyer/Kate scene. I'm still not going to pretend to be happy about it, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been. Plus, it was more than made up for by all of the rest of the episode.
I am extremely happy with myself for not being spoiled for anything, especially the fact that Nathan was in this episode. When Kate opened the door, I literally squee-ed. After Serenity I kind of edged out of the Firefly fandom, so it was really great to see him again.
Jack was absolutely brilliant. I am so glad that I decided to become a fan of his, haha. It is finally paying off! When the show first started I was definitely in the "Jack is boring" camp, but he keeps growing on me more and more. This is probably directly related to the fact that we haven't had much Locke lately; whenever they butt heads, I inevitably side with Locke.
I think I was about to pull the skin off my face during the last scene when Sawyer was about to die, and then Ben was about to die, and then ahhhhh February wtf?!
Of course I am sad that we have to wait so long for new episodes, but perhaps it is better for now that I can tone down the obsessing for a while and focus on important stuff (like, y'know, school and classes and finals soon). I can't believe that this term is almost over! We've only got about three more weeks left, yikes.
