I went to Cypress Gardens today. For the last time. Ever. I still can't get over that! I think they're trying to at least save the original gardens, however, which would be great. Walking around, I found it really hard to imagine anyone who could ever bring themselves to tear the entire park out, espicially to build a bunch of condos for retirees. I hope whoever moves in there feels really bad about it and get haunted by vengeance-hungry foliage or something. I'm going to be in a really bad mood for quite some time now. Oh, but I stopped by the "Gone with the Wind" gift shop and got a really cool new purse and the special edition DVD, which I'm hoping I'll get a chance to watch tomorrow.
