I saw "The Phantom of the Opera" last night, for probably the last time ever on the big screen. Sadness. Well, I imagine it will be at the dollar theatre eventually, but I don't even really consider that an actual movie theatre because it is tiny and filled with screaming children and not at all a satisfactory theatre-going experience. I will be so sad when it ends its run here. I won't be able to see a movie on Screen 7 again without wishing it was PotO. Sigh!

Heh... Sorry. I just made the terrible mistake of heading over to the PotO boards at IMDb and reading The Pants Game. And I thought nothing got better than LotR!pants game! I was sadly mistaken. "You must be always on your guard, or he will catch you with his magical pants!" ::dies:: I love the pants game.

Sometimes my family is really, really messed up. Right now would be one of those times. My dad's birthday was about two weeks ago and to celebrate we went out to dinner. My mom didn't actually buy him anything, though, so he took the liberty of buying himself a birthday present. That present happened to be a new motorcycle. Of course, he conviniently forgot to tell my mother about it, so she didn't find out about it until this morning. I can let you imagine how well that went over. Now she is really mad at him and will probably lock herself in her room for the rest of the day. This presents an even bigger problem because my mom was supposed to help me with my cultural heritage project today. My mom is from Venezuela and she was going to help me make Venezuelan food. I don't anticipate that she will be in any mood to do that today, and I don't know a thing about cooking any food, much less Venezuelan food. Since I wanted the food to be nice and fresh I was going to wait until today to do it (the project is due tomorrow). However, if my mom isn't going to help me, I really have no idea what I will do. I am scrambling for last minute project ideas, but I can't think of anything... Ack...
