Well, it wouldn't have to be anything explicit. I was just thinking about this while rewatching North & South a few days ago, but you know how you have totally different standards of sexiness while watching costume dramas? As in, Richard Armitage can loosen his cravat with two fingers and suddenly it turns into the sexiest strip scene you've ever seen? Or Lizzie and Darcy brush fingertips and omg the overwhelming tension? That's totally how I feel about this (...and, no, I'm not picturing Rorschach in a Regency gown, in case you were wondering) -- it's all in the significant hand holding!
