snowystingrayWe finally got our digital camera to work, so I've spent the whole day playing around with it. Mostly I've just been helping my sister with campaign posters (she's running for homecoming court), but I found other lovely pictures on it that I took ages ago and will now post.
These are all just pictures around my yard and stuff. I took them back in February or something, I think. Believe it or not, they were actually all taken on the same day, too.
Potted plants, horray!
This is facing my next door neighbor's house from the front porch. There used to be enough plants between them to where you couldn't see their house, but my mom went and pulled most of them out so all that's left is our orange/grapefruit tree.
A wonderfully unpaved driveway...

This one is from the back porch, out toward the lake. Pretty flowers! I think they're probably still blooming right now...

Swing, swing, swing...
This one is my favourite. I am completely in love with that swing. I remember painting it when I was like six or something... And stepping in the bucket of paint... Fond memories! Anyway, I've always wanted to make myself a Scarlett O'Hara costume and then go out and lay around on this all day and say "fiddle-dee-dee!" about everything.
And now my sister is dressed in a straight jacket and tying herself to a chair. I'm wondering how it will turn out... I'll probably post it when she's finished ::evel cackle::
