May. 4th, 2004 04:29 pmI felt left out a lunch today. Everybody had their cap and gown and they were all excited about graduation and here I am facing two more years of high school... Being a sophomore is not so much fun. I guess I only have two and a half weeks left, but still. I wish they were already over. It's not even like I'm doing much of anything in school. In English we're reading "The Lord of the Flies" (which I also had to read for English last year, gag) and after that we're doing nothing. In math, we're basically doing the same things we did last term and I think we're on our last chapter because seniors will be leaving next week. We're also working on our last project in pottery, which I will give to
katwm80 if it turns out nicely (KBDBS's birthday is 7/13, right?). In creative writing, we're filming one of our screenplays this week and then we're finished. The only AP test I have to take is for psychology.
All in all, I really don't have any reason to keep going to school. I'm ready for the summer and for PoA to finally come out and to go to California (I think I have pretty much decided on going) and for Jackie to be in Orlando (for which we still need to plan plans) and to go to Islands of Adventure (although when I asked my mom she gave me her whole not-of-you-don't-play-a-sport lecture, but I think I might manage it) and for having lots of time to just be bored.

Date: 2004-05-05 12:07 pm (UTC)Anyway! We need to figure out what we are going to do when you are here, so that I can start convincing my parents to let me do it (they have been very grouchy lately, so I need to start bugging them early).
