snowystingrayARRRGH! My other computer is infected with spyware. AGAIN. Getting online has been so frustrating recently that I could just scream. I am seriously have the worst experience with non-AOL internet. I know that everybody on the planet hates AOL and thinks that it will eat their babies and that its hobbies included kicking puppies and leaving the toilet seat up, but after using it for more than five years I never had any serious problems with it. Okay, well, I guess having slow internet is something of a problem, but at least it was reliably slow. At any rate, the new "faster" internet on my other computer isn't really all that much faster. I think the big reason why it is so slow on this computer is that the computer is about six or seven years old. I am glad I will have AOL on here until the end of the month, because it is just too much of a hassle to try to go online with the craptastic internet service on my other computer.
The worst part is, I have to do this project for "The Great Gatsby." We don't have to finish it until Wednesday, but everybody is busy doing stuff and the only time we can all get together is Monday afternoon, and that is when we have to finish everything. However, between my arrgh-I-want-you-to-die-I-hate-you internet on the other computer and my as-slow-as-your-great-grandmother-because-it's-probably-been-around-as-long-as-her internet on this computer, I'm not sure how I'll be able to get everything done. I think I'll have to talk my dad into taking me by his classroom so that I can use his computer. Oh, actually, that is a good idea, because then I can also finish watch "Sharpe" and then go by the library and see if they have "Ben-Hur" back yet.
At least this gives me an actual reason the use my cranky!Ali icon. Because, you know, "Oooh pretty!" isn't an actual reason.
