snowystingrayIt is very sad that, during holiday, when I don't really have to get up at all, much less before sunrise, it is necessary for me to be up at six thirty in the morning just to get on the computer to do my homework. However, I suppose those are the measures you need to take when you have a horrible computer hogging brother and a computer hogging cousin to contend with.
Um. Not that I'm actually working on my homework right now. But I should be. I need to write this story for my English class to turn in on Monday, and I still haven't started on it. I wish I had kept some of the stories from my creative writing class, because one of those could have at least served as a starting place. Actually, I am pretty sure that I saved those stories, I just don't know what I did with them. I did one of those, "Ah, I don't want to forget where I put them, so instead of putting them in the same place with all the stuff I forget about, I'll put them somewhere special!" and then of course I looked for them in the usual place instead of in the "special" place. I'll remember where I put them, eventually... I hope...
My sister and her roommate will be arriving this evening, so I actually cleaned my room yesterday. I still have some more cleaning to do today, but I don't think it will be anything major. Most of my cleaning yesterday was just sorting through my clothes, and I got rid of a lot of stuff. Even though they don't fit and they're full of holes and really just not that attractive, it was hard for me to say good-bye. I will miss you, old clothes! Also, I realized what a rather small wardrobe I have. I have about six pairs of jeans, three pairs of shorts, maybe ten blouses, and six T-shirts. Oh, and a lot of pajamas. I don't know why that's the one thing I stock up on, but whatever. I guess I do have more stuff in my closet as well, but that is just jackets and then stuff for church that I rarely if ever wear. I hope I get money for Christmas because I really need to go shopping.
