snowystingray: (swords crossed)
Over the past few months, it has been hard getting used to not being able to go to the movies, but there really haven't been that many films out recently that I wanted to see. However, now that it's nice-pretty-movies-that-want-to-win-awards season, I am starting to freak out. Movies that I want to see but probably won't be able to:

-Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (BILLEH! And Paul Bettany.)
-The Matrix: Revolutions (Okay, who cares if everybody says it blows? I still want to see it.)
-Love Actually (Potential to be corny, but sometimes corny movies are still good.)
-Elf (Don't laugh! I love Will Ferrell!)
-Tupac: Resurrection (Okay, I'm kidding. I didn't even know that they were making this until I read it on IMDb. How... absurd...)
-Big Fish (Well, maybe. It is Tim Burton, and it is Ewan McGregor, so it has potential.)
-Hidalgo (Uh, do I really have to explain this one? I'm just disappointed that they pushed back the premier so far.)
-Ned Kelly (This one has nothing to do with cute guys, I swear. It is just plain cool. A bit stupid that it opens here a year after it did in Australia, though.)
-Ella Enchanted (Actually, I just heard about this movie. But Cary Elwes is in it. So there you have it.)
-Troy (Okay, I'm not really sure about this one. Maybe, but then again, maybe not. I watched a preview of it the other day that looked kind of cool, but they are probably going to butcher the story and as a matter of fact right now I am reading that Helen is going to end up with Paris. Blah. But, Sean Bean! Maybe they will do an "Odessy" spin-off.)
-Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (One again, I think a reason for seeing this is pretty unnecessary. It's Harry Potter, people! Isn't that enough?)
-The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Of course, this is the clincher... Honestly, I could see this movie and die happy the next day.)

And I've just been through films to the end of the school year, so hopefully I'll be in a non-grounded state by then. Hopefully...
