Am I the only person who *despises* writing poetry? Depending on the writer, I don't especially mind reading it, I just can stand writing it. For the most part, I'm just fine at composing prose, but when it comes to making something with "rhythm" that "flows"...sheesh, I'm lost.

Anyway, we have to do many many poetry assignments for english (don't look so surprised!) and the first one is to write a poem based on a picture. I was contemplating using this one (God bless Meredith!). Yes, well, for now that assignment has been put on back-burner...as one wise (wo)man once said, I'll jump off that bridge when I come to it.

Yaou has also been pissing me off lately...he invited two of the people I strongly disliked from last year to my party. MY party. In MY house. ::ahem:: ARGH YAOU YOU DORK!

Oh, and if you are reading this and I know you IRL, if you're not busy Saturday afternoon I'm having a Halloween party at my house from 6-10...if you need directions or anything, just call.

I think there should be a poet haters annonymous club. lol. sorry i get a little carried away sometimes. mrs.andrews is evil. poetry is evil. ok well i have to study for am. gov. now cuz i do not know what the chapter is about.
