Well, yesterday I ended up getting a new shirt and a pair of jeans, as well as a copy of "Great Expectations" and "The Colour of Magic". I really wanted to get that new Alexandre Dumas book, but they only had it in hard cover and my sister and I are very poor so I had to leave it ::sniffle:: However, I haven't started on either of the books that I got because I have been rereading "Little Women" lately. The first time I read it was when I was about nine or ten and it was one of my favourite books for the longest time, but the end always used to really bug me. The more I read it the more it got on my nerves, until eventually I couldn't bring myself to read the whole thing because I knew how horribly the end was going to clash with my expectations. So I haven't read it in about two or three years, but I decided to read it again and to see if I still have the same opinions about it as I used to. It's already made me cry about three times and I've hardly gotten 150 pages into it. How silly of me.
